Mr. Mednick stated that the Project consists of three phases.

Phase 1A, Front Street/Main Street Intersection:  Bulbouts at intersection corners to define parking and reduce crossing widths, new sidewalks and curb ramps, street lights, street furniture, and a landscaped pocket park.

Grant Application for Phase I of the Project is $348,000, with a twenty percent County match of $87,000.

Phase 1B.  Main Street:  Curb and gutter, five feet sidewalks on both sides of the road, lighting, street trees, and pavement markings.
