Call to Order
Chairperson Tom Wheaton called the meeting to order.

Public Comment
There was no public comment.

Approval of the May 15, 2003 Minutes
The minutes of the May 15, 2003 meeting were approved as written. Motion: Pritchett-Hale (6-0)

New Business
Mr. Pritchett asked if there would be a final audit of the IDA records. Mr. Carter noted that as the County took over the recordkeeping in the spring, the IDA records would be included in the general audit of the County. A copy of the audit report will be sent to the IDA for their records.

There was discussion about membersâ attendance at meetings. As the Board of Supervisors appoints Authority members, it is the responsibility of the appointing supervisor to monitor membersâ activities.

The meeting was adjourned.

The Strategic Planning session will be held on Monday, August 18, 2003 from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm. Location of the meeting is now being determined.
