She moved on to fabric and anything else she could get her hands on. She knew that Art School was her only option, so she applied to and was accepted by VCU at age sixteen. After college, Ann worked as a graphic designer (pre-computer) for 12 years with mostly environmental clients. Ann has recently been focusing on drawing and experimenting with mediums, and developed a technique using fabric, an acrylic medium and pastels to create a painting. While at the workshop, Ann will focus on her techniques, using photographs or the natural surroundings of The Meeting Place. 434-361-2380 April 26 Jeff Vogelgesang and Zachary Deming perform in the Fountain Room at the Mark Addy Inn. 434-361-1101 April 26 Join Wintergreen Performing Arts at the Foxfield Races.
