PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS

1.   Exception #6 âАУHallie L. and Laverne Allen (Continued from January)

Consideration of a request by Mrs. Allen for an exception to Section 3-2. of the Subdivision Ordinance, Exception to Review by Commission, Article (4) regarding requirement for a 30 ft. wide right-of-way providing ingress and egress to and from a dedicated recorded public street, for property located off Adial Road, Rt. 634, Faber, Virginia, Tax Map #33-A-30J.

2.   Site Plan #2008-001 âАУ St. John Baptist Church

Consideration of a site plan prepared by Massie Saunders, Surveyor, representing the applicant, for construction of a new 4774 sq. ft. church for St. John Baptist Church located on Rt. 626 in Norwood, Virginia, Tax Map #89-A-29. Included in the facility will be a sanctuary, class rooms, and fellowship hall. Contact for the project is Rev. Rodney Sandidge.
