Reuse
Reuse means to repeatedly use an item for it original purpose or a new use. Many durable goods are disposed of before their usefulness has expired. Often items are adaptable to a second or even third use. It only requires that people give some thought to how the productive life of an item can be sustained.
Consider some of the following suggestions:
Buy/Sell used items
Yard sales provide a great opportunity for a seller to acquire a little extra cash and prolong the life of durable goods. Buyers can obtain a serviceable item at a reasonable cost. It is a win - win situation.
