1.    Final Subdivision – Samuel & Gretchen Price (Board of Supervisors action not required.) (Continued from June and July meetings)
Consideration of a family division plat dividing 1.910 acres from 12.60 acres owned by Mr. and Mrs. Price, Tax Map #41-3-2, 6299 Crabtree Falls Highway, Roseland, Virginia.  The parcel lies within the Tye Cliff Subdivision.

PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS

2.    Rezoning #2008-003 – Jeffrey Coffey & Teresa Nagy
Consideration of a request by Mr. Coffey and Ms. Nagy to rezone 2910 Patrick Henry Highway, Piney River, Virginia, Tax Map #74-A-1E, from M-2 to B-1, in order to use the existing building for residential apartments.

3.    Rezoning #2008-004 – Tommy and Diane Harvey
Consideration of a request by Mr. and Mrs. Harvey to rezone 2.732 acres located at the intersection of Rt. 840 and Rt. 151, Tax Map #6-A-34, from R-1 to B-1 Conditional, with proffers, to permit the building of a 5000 sq. ft. medical center and office space.

4.      Class III Communications Tower – Kiers & White – nTelos (Continued from July meeting)
Consideration of an application for a Class III communications tower permit for nTelos to construct a steel monopole pole not to exceed 130’ within a 50’ x 50’ lease area, located on Tax Map #22-A-60, Rockfish Valley Highway, Nellysford, Virginia, owned by Frieda D. & Jacqueline Kier and Mary Barbara White.  In addition, nTelos is requesting a special exception to Section 20-7-2e of the Zoning Ordinance.  Site Number:  CV821.  Site Name:  Greenfield.

PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS

5.    Class III Communications Tower Collocation – AT&T – Buck Creek Lane
Consideration of an application for a Class III communications tower collocation consisting of 3 antennas mounted 94’ high on an existing 107’ wooden tower owned by nTelos.  The tower is located on Thomas Nelson Highway, Faber, Virginia, owned by Barbara Turner Lowery, and identified as Tax Map #35-A-78.  AT&T also proposes a 10’ x 20’ privacy fenced area at the base of the tower to locate ground equipment on a concrete slab.  Site Number:  CV383D

6.    Class III Communications Tower – nTelos – WPOA, Inc.
Consideration of an application for a permit to construct a new Class III 130’ wireless telecommunications monopole with associated ground equipment on property owned by Wintergreen Property Owners’ Association, Inc., located on open space at the end of Hearthstone Lane, Stoney Creek, Wintergreen.  In addition, a special exception to Zoning Ordinance Sections 20-2-2 and 20-7-2a is being requested.  Site Number:  CV822
