Meeting Minutes
May 2, 2005

Members Present: John Bradshaw, Kim Cash, Gifford Childs, Goffrey Miles, Ron Moyer, Alternate

Staff Present: Fred Boger, Betty Fortune

Call to Order: Mr. Bradshaw called the meeting to order at 7:30 P. M. in the
Jury Room and welcomed Mr. Moyer to the BZA as an alternate.

Approval of Minutes:
Minutes from April 4, 2005 were reviewed. Ms. Cash made a motion to approve, Mr. Miles seconded the motion, and motion
passed 5-0.

The only item on the Agenda for tonightâs meeting was Variance #2005-009 for Mr. and Mrs. S. R. Simpson. The applicant was not present. The Board waited until 7:45 in case the applicant was a few minutes late. Mr. Childs then made a motion to postpone action on this variance until the June 6 meeting, Ms. Cash provided the second, and motion passed 5-0.

Other Business: None

Adjournment: Mr. Bradshaw declared the meeting adjourned at 7:50 P. M.
