Wintergreen Adaptive Ski
Wintergreen Adaptive Skiing and Wintergreen Resort host more than 20 disabled soldiers and their families as part of their rehabilitation through Walter Reed Army Medical Center during the fourth annual Wounded Warriors Weekend. The soldiers are fitted with adaptive skis or snowboard equipment and learn a recreational skill on the slopes. Everyone is invited to experience this remarkable event and cheer on these heroes.
