Pick your own blackberries are still available at this second generation family owned farm winery in July and August. The berry patch is home to several families of bluebirds and humming birds visit the covered pavilion picnic area which is the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine. Pollinator gardens with many varieties of flowers and herbs grow around the farm including almost a hundred rose bushes! Every season is beautiful at Hill Top!
The farm has a small herd of registered Scottish Highland Cattle which roam the property and can often be seen from the covered pavilion adjacent to the main tasting room. You are even welcome to bring your own picnic! Local artisan cheeses and snacks are available in the winery gift shop.
Hill Top Berry Farm and Winery hosts several events every year. The Annual Blackberry Harvest and Music Festival which takes place every year on the first Saturday in August and Sweet Hearts Weekend in February is close to Valentine’s Day, as well as periodic live concerts. “Like” us on facebook for information on events, wines, and special deals.
